“Can’t see where I’m going”: Verstappen jokes about dentist visit after vibration issues

The Portuguese Grand Prix practice session began on Friday and Red Bull driver Max Verstappen was not very happy with his car ,especially after Red Bull’s new updates. The Dutchman claimed that he is facing severe vibration issues, which were making him to feel absolutely uncomfortable.

He is heard complaining on the radio, “What a joke, mate! I can’t even see where I’m going, there’s so much vibration. I’ll just visit the dentist after the weekend”.

Even with the vibrations, Verstappen managed to clock in a decent lap time finishing second while his teammate Sergio Perez came in third.

Mercedes driver Valtteri Bottas ruled the grid as he came in first. His teammate Lewis Hamilton did not really have a good time on the circuit, as he was facing vibration issues similar to Max.

The Algarve International Circuit seems to be a grid that favours Mercedes. Back in 2020, Bottas dominated all three practice sessions. He then bagged the front row of the grid, but came in third in the race.

Bottas is, therefore, relying heavily on this venue to get a big return.

Mercedes, however, is expected to face a tough fight from the boys at Red Bull. Verstappen will lead the attack with able support from Perez. Hamilton hopes to rectify his mistakes from FP1 and get back to the front.
