Conor McGregor enters Twitter war after predicting Dustin Poirier’s fate at the UFC 264

Known for his outrageous tweets, Conor McGregor once again comes up with a post with an image of a bloody-faced Nate Diaz. The image is likely to be from the second fight between the two at UFC 202.

The ‘notorious’ posted the image without any caption.

However, he interestingly retweeted a fan’s tweet. However, the fan interpreted that the post was meant for Dustin Poirier

The trading of barbs between the two began when the ‘Notorious’ mentioned how he plans to knock Dustin Poirier in their upcoming trilogy bout.

This exchange reached such an extent that the scheduled match was almost about to get cancelled.

In a Twitter brawl of Conor with Gillespie, Conor took offence to the latter’s tweet of claiming himself to be the “best fishermen in MMA”

The Irishman posted several tweets claiming his mastery, and also didn’t forget to mention his whiskey brand in between.

‘The Diamond’, however, shot a tweet that mocked McGregor. In his tweet, the fighter tried to imply that he was preparing for the real fight while Conor was busy fishing.

This bout at UFC 264 is going to be an important one for both as the winner will be offered a title shot next.
