Dustin Neil Diamond was born in San Jose, California on January 7, 1977. His father taught for a computer processing firm, while his mother worked as a computer operator for Pacific Bell. Dustin began acting when he was 11 years old. He was cast in the first season of “Saved By the Bell” in the fall of 1988.

Career

Diamond was mostly known for his role as Samuel “Screech” Powers on “Saved by the Bell,” as well as various related spinoffs such as “Saved by the Bell: The College Years” and “Saved by the Bell: The New Class.” From 1988 through 1989, the programme aired 13 episodes under the original title “Good Morning, Miss Bliss.” From 1989 through 1993, it aired 82 episodes as “Saved by the Bell.” “The College Years” has a total of 19 episodes. Dustin appeared in 67 episodes of “The New Class,” which aired over the course of 143 episodes. In the previous edition of the show, Diamond was Principal Belding’s assistant at Bayside High.

In 2009, Diamond married longtime lover Jennifer Misner. They eventually split up.

Before their arrests in 2014, he married professional clown Amanda Schutz. Schutz appears as the clown in an episode of “The Real Housewives of New York City.”

He was the host of the 12th annual Gathering of the Juggalos, a fan festival for the Insane Clown Posse.

According to reports, Dustin was worth around $300,000 at the time of his death.
