UFC president Dana White spoke about Conor McGregor’s future at UFC if he manages to earn a win over Dustin Poirier.
During a recent interview with ESPN MMA, White did not hint at anything in particular. He mentioned that it would depend on the fight at UFC 264 and that the question should have been posed in the post-fight conference.
“I have no clue. I mean, you have to see how the fight’s play out first before you can answer those type of questions. You gotta ask me that question after that fight happens,” White said.
McGregor will aim at avenging his last defeat to Poirier. The loss was his first KO/TKO loss till date.
McGregor had defeated Poirier seven years ago at UFC 178.
However, McGregor was unable to replicate the same in at UFC 257. This was, as mentioned earlier, the first KO/TKO defeat of his career.
McGregor, however, is aiming to be at his best this time when he enters the Octagon at UFC 264.
Also, fans too are expecting the Irishman to live up to his words regarding the donation statement that he had made in the last fight.
