UFC Middleweight champion Israel Adesanya is getting ready for his big fight with Marvin Vettori for the title defense at UFC 263 on June 12. But, this sure isn’t keeping him from having fun outside the octagon.
Adesanya took to Twitter to share a clip from Michael B Jordan’s latest movie, ‘Tom Clancy’s Without Remorse’. In the film, Jordan plays the role of John Kelly who is a US Navy Seal. Adesanya challenged Jordan’s character John Kelly for a fight in the Octagon.
Yo @MichaelB4Jordan, who you think wins a fight in the Octagon? Me or John Kelly? I’ll show you what #WithoutRemorse really looks like. #PrimeVideo #ad pic.twitter.com/u0amnaHkr1

The movie is an action thriller which stars Jamie Bell, Guy Pearce and Jodie-Turner Smith in prominent roles. This movie is about John Kelly’s mission to avenge the murder of his pregnant wife. But, he later finds himself in a much bigger conspiracy.
It will be interesting to see if Michael B. Jordan does reply to the tweet and accepts this challenge.
Adesanya’s vision of becoming a 2-division champion was not successful when he lost against Jan Blachowicz at UFC 259. But, we can’t let one loss define him. He still is a pretty tough contender in the middleweight division.
He is all set to defend his crown against Marvin Vettori at UFC 263 in a rematch from 2018 where he secured a win by way of split decision.
Israel Adesanya and Marvin Vettori’s rematch will take place at the same arena that hosted their first fight.

Robert Whittaker was deemed as the next challenger for Adesanya, but the former recently fought at UFC 261 and Adesanya wanted a fight in June.
It therefore wasn’t possible for UFC 263, but it’s almost certain that he will fight the winner between Adesanya and Vettori. It will be tough for Vettori to beat Adesanya.
