Formula 1 has a completely different vibe to it when the races take place with stands full of crowds, something that has been missing due to Covid-19.

The entire 2020 season went without spectators and drivers have been missing out on the excitement of a full stand.

However, things are gearing up as the British Grand Prix is expected to sport a full stand, something that drivers including Lewis Hamilton are looking forward to.

The seven-time world champion has his sights set on his home race, the British Grand Prix which will allow fans.

But at the same time, the Brit is also concerned about the increasing Covid-19 cases in the United Kingdom.

The Knight has to wait just a couple of weeks before the race at Silverstone and meet his fans as he battles out for his eighth title this season.

What did Hamilton say?

“I can’t tell you how excited I am to see people, because it is the best crowd of the whole year,” Hamilton stated.

“But of course I watch the news, I know about the cases going up in the UK. So on that side I worry”

Hamilton is hoping to reduce the gap between him and Max Verstappen before his home race. He is also preparing to put on a good show for his fans.
