Lewis Hamilton has been summoned to court for his speeding in Yorkshire two years ago, as reported by Yorkpress.

Hamilton is set to appear in court on October 4. He is accused of four offences. Police caught him driving at 63 mph on the M62 as he was heading west between Junction 27 and 28.

The incident happened on the 22nd of October, 2019, when Hamilton sped in this 40 mph speed limited area.

There was another incident that took place in Bradford Road, Huddersfield. There, Hamilton sped at 36 mph in a 30 mph zone in the following month.

There are another two charges against Hamilton for failing to provide the relevant information to the police when they asked him the identity of a driver.

The trial is set to take place on Monday, at the Kirklees Magistrates’ Court. Hamilton will be tried on all the four charges against him, and verdicts will be issued.
